Charlotte Knights 2016 Events
The Street.com recently placed Charlotte on it’s Top Ten list of Minor League Baseball Cities in America. It noted our fans showed up in numbers of 9,400+ per game in 2015. Charlotteans certainly love our new Uptown venue – BB&T Ballpark. With its central location in the heart of Third Ward, walking distance to the Lightrail, Romare Bearden Park, and plenty of social activities, there is no surprise that the Knights draw such large crowds.
With Spring Training well under way, everyone is looking forward to Opening Day. Festivities kick off mid-April and stroll throughout the Summer until Fall approaches in mid-September. Plenty of activities pack the calendar this year, so don’t be left out. Head Uptown and root, root, root for the home team!
