Wednesday night in Ballantyne Village was abuzz. People flocked to the trendy shopping and entertainment center to kickstart the Ballantyne Rocks music series. This year, every Wednesday from April 20th to June 1st will feature free live music from a variety of acts. Last night included an incredible brass and horn group from Atlanta, GA, The Voltage Brothers, that played everything from Earth, Wind, and Fire to David Bowie.

Attendees enjoyed dinner under the shade while the tunes flowed as freely as the craft beer. Dining options included coffee from Rush Espresso (also located in Uptown’s Third Ward), Southern snacks from Terrace Cafe (also located in South Park), and fresh pasta at Gusto.
