Savvy + Co. Real Estate is proud to announce the release of its latest lifestyle marketing video at 1930 Providence Road.

1930 Providence Road is one of Charlotte’s premier and important historic residential properties. This 1954 modern home was designed by Jack Orr Boyte, a respected Charlotte native architect, who had met and was influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright; and this home reflects his style and movement. 1930 Providence Road was originally designed and built for the Neiman family, who owned a prominent jewelry store on Tryon Street. Ms. Neiman was involved with many of the “detail” selections that made this home so unique and remain so today. She resided in the home until 1996, when she sold it to Ron Wootten and Tim Hamilton. As design enthusiasts, Ron and Tim knew they wanted to maintain and preserve all the Modernist details and features that set this home apart. 1930 Providence Road is a picture-perfect piece of Charlotte history that has been lovingly cared for and well-preserved.

This home sold in July 2015… but it’s still fun to dream! Check out our video and see why the swankiest house in Myers Park is the perfect place for the home entertainer. Over 3,200 SF of open, flowing spaces harmonize with the inspiring pool terrace. Starring Savvy + Co’s own Mary Dominick and Ron and Tim’s beloved labradoodle Patsy the Wonder Dog. Videography by Peter Bentley Photography. Directed by Savvy + Co. Real Estate owner Lexie Longstreet.
