Picking a prime pumpkin starts with a trip to the perfect patch! These five venues offer a variety of experiences to enhance your search for orange, round perfection. Bring family, friends or your SO and enjoy a day on the farm complete with hayrides and furry animals, toast at a German beer garden, complete a corn maze – or do it all. Get your pumpkin and furry animal fix just minutes from Charlotte. Take a wagon ride to the barn where you can pet, feed and snuggle a variety of friendly farm animals. A small pumpkin is included with each ticket or choose a larger one for a fee. Reservations are required.

Each trip to the patch includes a hayride to the field and a stop at the petting zoo. Catch the food truck serving up doughnuts and cider on the weekends. Only cash and checks are accepted for the pumpkin patch and food trucks.
