I moved to Charlotte in 1998 to be with my Grandmother who had lived in the Elizabeth community as a child and in Myers Park since she was married in 1938. It was an incredible gift to get to see this city through her eyes; she knew everything about every nook and cranny of the Queen City from the old downtown (my family owned a laundry /cleaners off 5th street for years) to how and when Southpark came to be. I inherited the love she had for Charlotte and I have immersed myself in learning everything I can about all the different communities that make this such a fabulous place to live. I know this city front and back and can help a client find the perfect vintage bungalow in an urban neighborhood or a 2 story stunner with an attached garage in a cul-de-sac community. While a large portion of my clients are in the urban communities surrounding Uptown ( The Art’s District, Midwood, Chantilly, Elizabeth Dilworth and into Myers Park); I have had many clients who have bought and sold in South Charlotte, Matthews, Huntersville, North Charlotte and even South Carolina. I love Real Estate and I go where my client needs me to go!
