As a real estate agent with a deep love for Charlotte’s most charming homes, I bring heart, strategy, and creativity to every deal. I thrive on solving problems and creating win-win experiences for my clients. One client once called me a “real estate doula,” and honestly, I can’t unring that bell. I throw my whole self into helping people navigate one of the most meaningful transitions in life—with clarity, options, and a trusted team of experts on our side. I help create a concierge-level experience from start to finish.
For nearly eight years, I had the privilege of serving on Charlotte’s Historic District Commission. This hands-on experience taught me the ins and outs of architectural styles, preservation standards, and the building science behind our city’s beloved homes. Reviewing applications for neighborhoods like Dilworth, Plaza Midwood, Wesley Heights, and Hermitage Court gave me a front-row seat to how history and modern life intersect—and how to protect what makes each home special. “Get Your House Right” remains one of my go-to design guides.
In 2024, I was honored to be named Charlotte’s Best Real Estate Broker by The Charlotte Observer. But for me, success is less about trophies and more about people. Every transaction is a puzzle I love to solve. I blend market research, negotiation savvy, and thoughtful communication to help my clients win—and I believe in collaboration with the other side to get us all across the finish line with dignity and shared purpose.
Outside of real estate, I’m a lifelong creative. I’ve worked as a stage actor, director, and writer, and even performed a one-woman show (“Tales of Oparatis”) at Creative Mornings Charlotte. My story, “The Telephone Call,” was featured on The Moth. These days, I’m raising a rising second grader with my husband, artist Tim Parati. You’ll often find us strolling through neighborhoods with our rescue pup Zydeco, catching a show, or hosting a game night full of laughter, good food, and great stories.
At the heart of it all, I believe a home is where our life stories unfold. Helping my clients make confident, informed decisions about where those stories take place is the work that brings me joy.
