I’m a Jacksonville, Florida native, University of Florida graduate, and a proud Charlottean since 1999. Since moving here, I’ve lived in Plaza Midwood and Country Club Heights, meeting lots of friends, neighbors, and business colleagues along the way — many of whom are now valued clients. I’m known for offering buyers and sellers a comprehensive perspective, clear communication, and a steady, thoughtful approach — especially when the process feels complex or overwhelming.
Before entering residential real estate in 2007, I spent over two decades at Bank of America, serving as a Senior Vice President in commercial real estate. My background in marketing, loan operations, community development, and historic preservation gives me a broad understanding of the details that matter most in a transaction — and allows me to anticipate issues before they become problems.
I began my residential real estate career during one of the most challenging markets in history, where I quickly developed a deep passion for guiding people through major life decisions. Clients describe my approach as responsive, proactive, and calm, and I work hard to explain each step of the process in clear, easy-to-understand terms. From first showing to final signature, I take pride in becoming a trusted advocate — keeping clients informed, addressing concerns quickly, and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
My business is 100% built on repeat clients and referrals, a testament to the level of service I strive to provide. I put my clients’ needs first — helping buyers find the right home and sellers achieve the strongest possible results — while offering patience, reassurance, and hands-on support throughout. Many clients see me not only as their agent, but also as a surrogate family member always in their corner.
Giving back to the industry I care deeply about is an important part of my work. I served a three-year term (2023–2025) on the Canopy MLS Board of Directors and have chaired Canopy’s Professional Standards Board for eight years, hearing ethics and arbitration cases and reinforcing my commitment to professionalism and ethical excellence. As a North Carolina REALTORS® ombudsman, mediator, and arbitrator, I’m frequently called upon to offer fair, straightforward negotiation and resolution — experience that gives me first-hand insight into what can go wrong in real estate transactions and how to do it right.
Outside of real estate, I’m an avid water skier, gardener, and lifelong tennis player active in local leagues. I’m also an AKC dog judge and a member of the Greater Monroe Kennel Club, supporting its mission and charitable efforts. Additionally, I’m certified as an English as a Second Language tutor and volunteer.
Whether you’re buying, selling, or simply seeking trusted advice, my goal is simple: to assist my buyers and sellers with a comprehensive perspective, steady guidance, clear communication, and dedicated advocacy — every step of the way.
