Fairmeadows is a wonderfully convenient neighborhood only a stone’s throw from SouthPark. Walk to restaurants, the park, and Southpark shops. The neighborhood has a great tennis and swim club just a bike ride from all the houses. With large sweeping lawns filled with established trees, the houses are primarily brick ranches and split levels built in the early 1960’s.
