Savvy + Co. Real Estate is excited to announce Chris Linscheid has joined its team of talented brokers!Born in Yorkshire to an English Mother and a Polish Father, Chris’ family moved to Ireland when he was five years old.
Working as VP and eventually President of several large Clothing Manufacturers in both Swaziland and South Africa he and his wife Gaby eventually settled in Cape Town in the late nineties, where they opened their own businesses in various segments of the Tourism Industry placing a great deal of emphasis on the education and empowerment of their staff.
After relocating to Charlotte in 2011 Chris with Gaby started remodeling and building single family homes.
It was during this period that Chris realized his affinity for dealing with both buyers and sellers, which subsequently led him to become a Realtor®.
