As an extrovert, the more I’m out and about meeting people, the happier I am. No two clients are the same. No two deals are the same. No two days are the same. It keeps my job interesting, challenging, and fun. I truly enjoy the process in real estate, and especially the aspect of negotiations, due to my competitive nature.
For my clients, the best thing I can give them is my expertise from years in the business, but at the end of the day, they have to make the final decisions. I just want to make the process as smooth as possible for them. Their wishes, wants, and needs are my top priority and my job is to listen. I enjoy answering all the questions my clients have, and being able to guide them through one of life’s biggest commitments.
I moved to Charlotte, NC, in 2006 from my hometown of Jacksonville, FL. I am a graduate of Elon University, where I received a BSBA – Concentration in Marketing.
After graduation, I decided to launch a career in real estate in my hometown of Jacksonville, FL. There, I began selling new homes with a Fortune 500 company which eventually led to a Sales Management position here in Charlotte. Soon afterward, I joined Savvy + Co., where I quickly became a top producer at the firm. Having sold over $80 million, I have helped more than 150 families buy & sell homes.
When not working, I spend my time with family. My husband, Adam Williams, is a commercial real estate broker at Legacy Commercial Real Estate in Uptown…yes, there is a lot of real estate talk in our house! We have two young boys and we love spending time with our family and friends, and taking in all Charlotte has to offer.
