Applicants must either be a brand new provisional broker or have less than one year experience. We want to help guide you through all your firsts: first listing, first buyer and your first closing – which leads to your first well-deserved commission!

One-on-One Attention and Coaching From Our Broker-in-Charge

Each week you’ll meet individually with our BIC to bounce your ideas and problems off of, develop your personal goals and discuss the right methods to achieve those goals.

A Supportive and Collaborative Atmosphere Among Your Peers

Our program is limited to 5-6 agents. We’ll facilitate regular small group discussions aimed at identifying real-world challenges and brainstorm solutions together.

Ongoing Education for Real Life Scenarios and Situations

We know you learned all the ins and outs of the legalities of real estate. Now roll up your sleeves and learn how to sell in today’s market conditions. Our monthly Sales Meetings and regular classes focus on strategies to navigate the real world of real estate.
