Savvy + Co. Real Estate is excited to announce the addition of Sean Sullivan as their Sales Director.
With almost two decades of sales, marketing and brand-development experience in real estate, including senior-level positions with Lennar Corporation, Climb Real Estate Group, and Redfin, Sean Sullivan is not only an experienced residential real estate agent but has successfully increased market share as a sales manager in his past positions.
Working with both sellers and buyers Sean has closed more than 7,000 home sales and generated more than $2 billion in transaction revenue since 2001. “My philosophy is simple,” said Sullivan. “I leverage my experience and market knowledge with my passion for helping people sell and buy real estate.”
With a love of architecture that started at age nine when he built a tree house on an abandoned farm located in his coastal Connecticut home, Sullivan received his B.S. in Architectural History from Northeastern University and later attended Parsons School of Design. Sullivan, his husband Mark and their dog Fergus live in Myers Park. When not helping people achieve their real estate goals, Sullivan can be found spending time with family and friends, working in the garden and scouting new tree house locations.
Sean will be working individually with the Savvy + Co. agents as a sales coach as they continue to grow their sales volume and transaction numbers. He is also excited to consult on the many new construction projects Savvy + Co. agents are representing.
